Taco Tuesday Matchday

Welcome to The Proposition’s 3 at 3. We had been on the lookout for a simple place to find a few picks a day to build a bankroll, round out some parlays, or attempt to beat any of the handful of prop sites out there, and to do so with as little excess junk as possible.

No analysis paralysis, no needless podcast banter, no endless embedded twitter links, just three picks every day at 3PM (et) with relevant rationale.

Rough day on the picks yesterday, although DeGrom leaving the game after 4 innings was a bad beat. New day new dollars. Reminder that today is Taco Tuesday on Prizepicks, so any of these might help you as you try to complete a pair.

Pick #1: Julius Randle | Under 24.5 Points (-115)

In his 4 games against Cleveland this season, Randle has scored 15, 18, 26, and 19 (Saturday night.) He’ll again have to deal with Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen is he wants to score down low. Unless he gets hot from outside (which the Cavs will let him try), I think the Cavs again keep Randle below 24.5 points.

Pick #2: Taj Bradley | Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-110)

Was surprised by this number, even for a rookie pitcher. In his start last week, Taj mowed down 8 Red Sox (who have stuck out less than his opponent tonight, the Reds.) Sure, he could get blown up here at Great American Ballpark, but I’ll take my chances with him going up against a lineup who has never seen him.

Pick #3: Chris Sale | Over 5.5 Ks (-110)

Chris Sale has an ERA of 11.25 this year. Chris Sale has gone 3, 5, and 4, innings in his 3 starts.

Chris Sale has struck out more than 5 batters in every single one of these games, and the Twins strike out more than just about every single team in the league. Might want to just check the box score on this one, but it might just work out for you.

Record Year to Date: 6 - 9
