3 Picks for Monday 5.22

Welcome to The Proposition’s 3 at 3. We had been on the lookout for a simple place to find a few picks a day to build a bankroll, round out some parlays, or attempt to beat any of the handful of prop sites out there, and to do so with as little excess junk as possible.
No analysis paralysis, no needless podcast banter, no endless embedded twitter links, just three picks every afternoon.

Yesterday’s Rapid Rundown: 3-0
W’s: Tatum was 1 point shy of cashing his YES double double prop in the first half and thank goodness for that. Fortunately, he had his 10 rebounds early, as all of Boston's starters were yanked due to a blowout loss. I'd keep my eyes open for another Double-Double in Game 4, as Tatum is a great rebounder. Lance Lynn continued to be overpriced by the books, finishing under his K prop, and Jesus Luzardo punched out 7 Nationals to go over his line.
L’s: Nada
Promos to be aware of:
Not seeing any as of this writing
Pick #1: Aaron Gordon | Under 20.5 P+R+A (-120)
While it's been an all-Denver series, it hasn't been an Aaron Gordon offensive clinic. He's getting plenty of minutes, but the rebounds and assists are not there. Gordon hasn't gone over this prop once in this series and was noticeably left on the bench during the 4th quarter in favor of Bruce Brown and Uncle Jeff when Denver put LA away. It's Murray and Jokic doing all of the stat stuffing and scoring.
Gordon is doing a good job on the defensive end, but he doesn't need to do much else. As long as the game is competitive and Jokic is out there snagging all the rebounds, I don't see things changing.
Pick #2: Bailey Ober | Over 5.5 Strikeouts (-108)
Pretty good odds for a pitcher who has struck out exactly 6 batters in each of his four games. As we said yesterday, the Giants strike out as much or more than anyone else in the league. Considering that Ober’s last four games were against the Dodgers, Padres, Guardians, and Royals, I really like him to continue to top this prop this evening.
Pick #3: Tanner Houck | Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-130)
Mr. Houck shows up on our list again this year, and the reasoning is pretty simple. He strikes out about a batter an inning, and almost always goes at least 5 innings. The Angels are solid at avoiding the strikeout, but I think Houck claws his way to at least 5 in this one.
